BENDER, designed by Freixanet Wellness, is a sauna and much more than a sauna. It is a wellness combined unit built around an impressive cabin, which is perfectly complemented by a salt wall and special showers.
This innovative wellness concept comprises:
• Designer sauna cabin with benches distributed on three levels. The interior cladding using narrow hemlock slats, set horizontally, contributes to its unique character. The heater is hidden under the benches, which provides heating in a safe, aesthetically pleasing manner as well as extra space. The backrests are fitted with indirect lighting to promote a sense of relaxation during the session.
• A salt wall, which enhances the unit’s image thanks to its back-lighting system and special methacrylate joints.
• Attached shower area, with two square roof fittings providing a chromotherapy effect.
Finally, two elements give continuity to the whole unit. First of all, the glass front, which makes it possible to admire the different features from outside and enjoy a clear view from inside. And secondly, the rigid structure that integrates the sauna, salt wall and shower area.
External unit measurements: 490 x 300 x 226 cm.
In conclusion, BENDER is the latest example of the consistent work carried out by Freixanet Wellness’s R&D department to ensure being always at the forefront of spa design and installation.
